FAQ Section

Do you accept insurance?
Yes! I accept Optum, Aetna, and United Healthcare. I am also an out-of-network provider. This means you would pay directly for online therapy services and your card on file would be charged before each session. If you have out-of-network benefits specifically outlined in your policy, a receipt of services otherwise known as a Superbill would be generated for you to submit to your insurance for partial or even full reimbursement.
If you are hoping to be reimbursed for counseling, I encourage you to call your insurance directly to inquire about your out of network coverage before beginning services with Revive. Please keep in mind that if you would prefer to find an in-network provider, we will assist you in that referral at any time.

How do I submit a Superbill to my insurance?
There are three ways to submit a Superbill.
1. Reimbursify-I partner with this company through an app that makes submitting bills an easy process.
2. Courtesy Billing- As a benefit to my clients, I offer to submit the claim electronically on your behalf for reimbursement directly to you.
3. You may submit the bill directly to your company via mail, fax or their own website's portal.

How do I verify if I have out of network benefits with my provider?

Yes, I have reserved a percentage of slots to offer appointments based on a sliding fee scale. All slots are currently filled and are reserved for solely for full time college age students.
