Getting Started is Easy!

Step 1

Step 1

Fill out the New Client Consultation Request Form and schedule a consultation call.

The form can be found here and will give me a bit of insight about why you are looking to start therapy now and give me an idea of how I can help you. The form should take about 5 minutes to complete. Once you are finished with the form, you will be redirected back to this page to schedule your free 15 minute consultation with me.  This is the time to discover if teletherapy is appropriate for you and if I am the right therapist to suit your needs. I encourage you to research and make contact with a few therapists to ensure you are working with someone who is a best fit for you.

Step 2

Step 2

Schedule first appointment and complete intake paperwork.

If we are a good fit and you decide to proceed with services, we will schedule your initial appointment. You will then receive intake paperwork that explains practice policies, financial agreements and informed consents for therapy. All intake paperwork is completed electronically and must be completed 48 hours in advance of your appointment in order to hold your slot.

Step 3

Step 3

Begin therapy and start to feel better.

Participate in your first therapy session with me. Please ensure that you are in a private setting where you are comfortable and will not be interrupted. This meeting is where we will set the foundation for the work to come on your journey. Most clients begin with weekly sessions until goals of therapy have been met and you are starting to see some progress. After this point, sessions may be reduced to bi-weekly sessions or once a month to maintain progress.
